Intermountain Health is teaming up with Vivo's proven exercise program. 

You're eligible for the Intermountain + Vivo live, interactive Lift OA program designed specifically for people with knee osteoarthritis. This 6-month program focuses on how physical activity can help manage pain, improve mobility, and support joint health. You'll take part in live, fun, at-home exercise classes twice a week.
